About Us

Mutual Funds Distributors’ Association (MFDA) – Gujarat was formed in the year 2008 by a few prominent distributors of the city of Ahmedabad. The overall purpose is to bring all the mutual fund distributors (MFD) in India under one umbrella.

Our Association is NonBusiness/Non Profit Making Body of Individual Financial Distributors.

The role of a representative forum for MFDs is an important one for the mutual fund industry. MFDA is established to evolve a culture of continuous learning and share best practices among the members. MFDA serves in empowering the MFD community further. MFDA serves to give one voice to the MFD community

Mutual Fund Distributors Association, Gujarat was formed on 15" August 2008, with the objective of sharing knowledge and experience about Financial Services Industry. As an association, we enable updating of information, resolve grievances and professional support to Our members.

MFDA is having eminent, qualified and experienced Committee members, who participate and guide the association by giving their valued time and ideas. They are Committed to upgrade knowledge, skills and technology of their members on a regular basis.

Right from its inception, AMCs have extended their support and guidance to MEDA, in terms of organising different training and updation programmes. These programmes and interactions have given direction and guidance to our members in these testing years of financial service profession.

Financial Services Industry is traveling through big challenges and we believe that our industry will grow as one of the best industry in India. Now the age has come for continuous knowledge and technology updation.

In this year we have taken initiative like ldentity card & common Fees structure for its members which enable them to decide their Own value. Also we have started Friday Forum since last 8 months, which provide latest updation, experience and ideas on professional world of the members.

We, MFDA Gujarat, thank you to all for your support throughout the JOurney of association. We wish you all succesS and happiness in the coming years.

We also thank you to all AMCs and members, who have extended their kind support to bring this excellent organizer in to the hands of our members.

The objectives of MFDA are

  • Uniting, Developing and Educating the MFDs
  • Serve as one voice in the better interest of Mutual Fund Industry
  • Organise events for the betterment of the community.
  • Understanding regulations that the policy makers create from time to time and represent the views of the community to them.
  • To collaborate and cooperate with Asset Management Companies to improve the personal and professional journeys of the members.
